He just happens to be acting a french guy on the series. There are a tonne of french guys out there, and I'm sure they all aren't like this one character on this one series.

If they said every french guy out there acted like this, then it would be a stereotype. As it stands, there have been a lot more "American" guys on the series who have acted like assholes. Why don't you say, "What's up with this moronic American stereotype?"

Firstly, Halloween is not an American holiday, everyone in the world, including France, goes out for Halloween. Secondly, French girls also dress like prostitute versions of things for Halloween (and also look good at it). Lastly, no French guy I've ever met has ever asked a girl to put more clothes on! I don't care how catholic they are it's like backwards logic.
