In 1967 Batman and Robin were still produced by Greenway productions and had the rights to do Wonder Woman. The three were not included in the animated Aquaman series (Justice League and Teen Titans). Batman was up for cancellation and Green hornet was not doing too well, so this 5 minute 1967 presentation was not picked up to become a regular TV series. Wonder Woman is a comedy featuring a super heroine who had the strength of Hercules, Wisdom of Athena, Speed and Flight of Mercury, but who THINKS she has the beauty of Aphrodite. This version of Diana Prince and her mother live like normal residents in the United States, except the fact that she is over 27 million years old and all her mother wants is for her daughter to be happy instead of putting the nation before her needs. Diana could transform into Wonder Woman (played by Eliie Wood Walker) wearing an oversized baggy costume, but when she looks in any reflection, sees herself as a gorgeous woman (played by Linda Harrison and wearing a tight fitting bathing suit).

  • Ok...where's Paradise Island?

  • Wow that makes the Cathy Lee Crosby movie look good

  • I didn't know until I saw this that Greenway owned the rights to Wonder Woman as well as B&R back then. That explains why Batman, Robin, and also Wonder Woman could not appear on any cartoons in the Superman-Aquaman Hour on Saturday mornings. Teen Titans episodes replaced Robin with Speedy. Batman was left out of the Justice League. A year later, after the cancellation of the live batman, B&R animated episodes were made.

  • I like how the reflection at 3:42 turns the wrong way.

  • It is good that Wonder Woman was not a series back then. Otherwise there would never be a Lynda Carter who played that role so well.

  • Great big campy lol!!

  • Sucks

  • What sort of WW outfit is that?? I've got a much better one and look twice as good and I'm a GUY.

  • that's clearly the worst Wonder Woman ever, it's corneyer than Batman and Robin

  • Nice little time capsule of the 60's. thanks for the post
