no the old stick arena doesnt exist thats why the map maker doesnt work

um not trying to act like mr know it all but this is stick rpg2 xgenstudios put the same characters as stick arena and the old stick arena was also multi player even though it was in 2003 - 2006 it was still multi player and this doesnt look multi player
