a nurse came in perfect timing!
"Jeanette you can go home now if you would like?"
"okay." the nurse left and Joe and Kevin came in.
"JEANETTE!" Joe ran over to me and hugged me
"Joe! Nice to see you too buddy!"
"Don't ever do that again!" Kevin said leaning over and hugging me.
"Don't worry i already got lectured." i looked at nick.
"Just making sure you get it stuck in you head!"
"yeah well the doctor said i can go home now. And i really want to change out of these bloody cloths."
"yeah...that would be good." Kevin said looking a little sick from my red blood stain on my white shorts.
i checked out and we drove home Nick held my hand the whole time every time i tried to pull away to tighten my seat belt or roll down the window Nick would just tighten his grip and not let go. we arrived at Nicks house and i went upstairs to go change thankfully my cloths that i brought over were still here i picked my out fit (in video just add in black legging! the dress is way to short! LOL!) I went down stairs to see everyone playing guitar hero except Nick i walked over and sat next to him. he put his arm around my shoulder. i smiled really big being happy for the first time in a long time! i looked at Nicks wrist watch.
"OMG I HAVE TO GO IT'S 10:30 MY MOM IS GOING TO KILL ME!!" I got up Nick grabbed my hand.
"Let me walk you home."
"okay." he walked me to my house we were talking about random things and we finally reached my house.
"do you want me to walk you to your room?"
"Yes please." i opened the door she wasn't in here so she must be out i walked up to my room with Nick behind me we reached my room Nick saw the indents in my door and stopped.
"Is this from your dad?"
"yeah.." we went into my room.
"stay here while i change." (she has a bathroom and a closet jeez people!)
"Okay." i walked into my closet i picked out some blue sweats and a yellow tank top.i changed and walked out of my closet to see Nick sitting on my bed he looked at me and smiled. I smiled back. he got up and i walked over to him.
"you better go before my mom will get the wrong idea."
"yeah." i walked with him down to the front door.
"thanks Nick you've been a great friend to me! go on video chat tomorrow at 1:30 okay? im sure my mom wont let me out to see you and i'm sure she will be out."
"okay." he smiled his beautiful smile. i kissed his cheek closer to his mouth and longer then usual. i pulled away i smiled he smiled then he turned around and left i closed the door and went to go see if i could find that devil of a mother. i looked in every room except my dads i hated that room. i slowly opened the door and saw no sign of my mom anywhere i glanced at the bathroom and the rope that my dad hung himself with was still their. i turned around and went back to my room before i opened the door i felt someone grab my shoulder and fling me around i screamed when i saw it was my mom.
"What was Nick doing here!?"
"he walked me home."
"what so he could protect you!"
"he insisted."
"your not allowed to see that boy any more!"
"but mom no!!"
"we are done!" she opened my door and pushed me in i fell on my butt and my mom slammed the door shut. i started to cry. i am not going to let her controll my life! i got up and looked out my window to see nick in his pajamas sitting on his bed strumming his guitar. i opened my window and broke a branch off the tree i aimed for the middle of the window once i thought it was in a good spot i chucked the stick and it hit nicks window hard. Nick looked up and saw me he smiled. i gave him a weak smile. he put on a confused look and ran to the window.
"Jeanette whats wrong?"
"like i predicted the devil told me i'm not allowed to see you any more." i hung my head Nick sighed
"i'm going to get you out of there Jeanette one way or another i am."
i looked up and smiled.
"dont worry im still going to hang out with you but she's just not going to know."
"Jeanette i cant let you do that."
"and why not!"
"because she might hurt you!" i heard foot steps in the hall
"gotta go!" i closed my window and blinds then sat on the bed and started to read out loud.
My door flung open.
"i heard you talking!"
"i was reading out loud."
"YOU'RE LYING AREN'T YOU!"
"NO!" my mom picked me up and brought me out into he hall she pushed me to the wall and slapped me three times hard! i started to scream but she put her hand over my mouth. She started to slap me again but even harder and it hurt like hell!
"don't you lie to me again and if you do my fist will be hitting your face!" i nodded my head. she let go and walked away i ran into my room and cried it's like dad all over again! I jumped on my bed and buried my head in my pillow and cried myself to sleep.
