Trying to focus upon just a couple of moves during this practice session in the hope that I will eventually get much better. Here I"ve mainly focused upon chest hooping, one shoulder hooping, stalling, reverse hooping, isolations, and kicking out with one leg!
It is a good track for stalling to just because of the nature of the stop/ start beat. If you haven't already checked out sharnarose's video's yet I really recommend it because she hoops to this track too, the difference being sharna is a very experimental hooper using very interesting moves. Amazing to watch!
