When i was a kid i loved messing with lego bricks. After i saw robot wars for the first time in 1997, i just had to make some of my own - as you couldn't buy those toys back then! So i hit my box of lego spares and came up with these. My brother and I played with these for a couple of years, usually after the show had been on tv! They've been stuck in the loft for years now, but after seeing a few people making lego robot wars on you tube, i just had to post up my old creations. Forgetting toy safety - yes those axes are armed with drawing pins! You'll notice a few of them were based on real robots from the series, the rest were designed by my brother and me. Those were the days :D

  • I use to make those too. Mine were alot bigger tho.

  • Cool!

  • Do all of them have wheel's? why I asked is

because some of them look like they don't have

    wheel's.

  • yes all the robots use various types of lego wheels

  • AMAZING! :O

    how big are they, btw?

  • most of them are similar in size to the friction powered robot wars toys they made around 7 or so years ago. I made most of these lego ones years before those toys came out though!

  • These are good but you should do what I do. Make them bigger and then put lego power functions inside to control them with a lego remote.
