This is my honda GX 160 with a keihin 27mm on it, also got a high flow uni air filter, took the crank apart removed govener and pluged the hole with some liquid metal. its on my mini bike, and the only things i need for it to be finished are two stage pipe, and smaller back sprocket for more speed.
ive done some math and with the new sprocket it should do 90-100km.
ill make a vid of it going soon

  • Would this engine be quicker with a 22mm or a 27mm Mikuni carb??? please someone tell me and what jets would be best? thankyou

  • @224StuartWhite224 id say the 22mm 27mm is a tad overkill, i just use stock jets that come with carb are fine. it worth porting otherwise the bigger carb wont do much.

  • @anthacdc What is porting the carb sorry i haven't heard about that?

  • @224StuartWhite224 porting the engine intake, research it on the internet

  • where did you get the manifold to mount the mikuni

  • fit a supercharger to it

  • @loweylegend i know, thats why i removed it all im saying is, it wont reduce horsepower output wen it is not connected to the carb.

  • @anthacdc the idea of removeing govorner is so the inturnal govornor cog dont fall of and be come lodged in the motor not likely to happen but its peice of mind

  • @anthacdc kk thanks
