  • Just practice all different RPM's and with or without clutch. It also helps if you pre-load your front springs, push down on them, and then twist the throttle hard and it gives it a extra lift. Just be careful in 1st gear, unless you shift right to second. I pulled out of the dealership and hammered it in first and dropped down and slid foward and my nuts hit the gas tank.

  • all i do is stick it in first when you get to a juntion or something. .. pull off and at about 4500rpm quickly loosen and jolt the throttle back to full and it comes straight up for me.. i dont need clutch for that.. if you use clutch you wanna be in 2nd, 3rd ish at about the same revs :)

  • I can lift my 2005 Sv650s Up with clutch in 3rd gear. Love my V-TWIN!

  • i find my SV650 can wheelie in first without using the clutch or going full throttle!
