im confused .. i usally always used powerjerk, thats my record.. i also seen Pyrros Dimas take the WR by using power-jerk.. so i always thought it was cool.. i justed started training and using split-jerk.. i felt that exercise was in a way alot more explosive.. and i feel like 90% of the weightlifters use it.. so its kinda hard to decide.. i see that pyrros dimas uses split jerk in this video.. maybe he has changed from power-jerk to split jerk? anybody knows? i just love the way he lifts!

@mecaganopoderentrar Did you have your volume on? He says the weight before every set. Or if you're asking about how many pounds he's lifting, 1 kilo = 2.2 pounds.

@telkwa Hahah. My friend was talking about the power clean in HS weightroom when we were playing around, and how 136 lbs. is child weight once you learn the technique. My friend was pretty strong for our school (football) I think he squatted between 2.0-2.5x bodyweight (BW ~ 175 lbs), and Dimas made that 220 lbs. look easier than he made 136 lbs. look that day.
