Dajjal simply means :the false messiah
Anti-Christ is a terminology use by Christians not muslims
An anti-christ is a person who will teach many people that the message of Jesus Christ-lord and saviour is wrong,in other word he will contradict and reject the message of Christ,thus the teachings of this person will become a official creed/religion againts all individuals who believe in Jesus-Christ(the one in the bible not the quran).
