Cmatmods Signa Drive reviews improvisation

Special thanks to Matthew from Cmatmods, I'm really enjoy this pedal. Hopefully this demo would help you guys to find out the soul of this this pedal.
I'm using G&L Legacy '97 guitar with Roland JC-120 amp. Recorded by Steinberg Nuendo 3 with Steinberg MR816X sound card and AKG C414XLII condenser microphone..

TQ... i've set the switch at 3rd position mean pull it down, the Gain at 4 O'clock, Tone at 10 O'clock.

Great playing! How do you like the MR816x interface? I'm thinking about upgrading to it over my M-Audio Project Mix I/O. May still keep the Project Mix as a control surface haha.. cuz that where the money for it was put into really... sounds pretty bad.

That 414 sounds great on guitars! Never tried mine for guitars, Maybe I will sometime soon.

Actually, i was a studio engineer, and i've tried many audio interface, MR816x is consider a high end interface and it's very close to RME or Apogee range.

@billy88ho I've heard the exact same thing from lots of people. It's almost unanimous that it beats the RME FireFace 800 and some like it better than the "lower end" apogee duet, ensemble and AD16 type stuff. That's quite an achievement on Steinberg/Yamaha's part!! I can't wait to pick one up in a month or two, the ProjectMix is really holding back the quality of production I think.. Are the drivers stable on Win/Mac?

I've bought it an a year.. the driver is quite stable compare to many others..... i think you really can think about to have it!!!!!

Of course it can be a booster, but for me i think it's wasted because this pedal has the great overdrive tone. Unless you need to heavy distortion sound. I've try with my Musicman guitar, it's sound great for humbucker too.

This video you use this to a clean amp but Can it be a boost to my dist pedal to get solo sound ?
