rockphotoman, if you ever do get your hands on whole thing (or just the end) could you upload the credits, too? I remember this when it first aired and I also remember that I liked the version of Bach's "Air" they played over the closing credits!

All -- I suggest writing to PBS and tell them to make this available on DVD. This is inspirational and important stuff, especially for young viewers.
