I was using Microsoft Security Essentials for a long time, but now I find windows defender in my control panel, and, yes, it's turned off.
Than I uninstall Microsoft Security Essentials and turn on this one just to see what this is, I update it and run.
Then I see this program is 95% or more the same as Microsoft Security Essentials, and now I will use this one :) because this is part of windows 7 and I like it.
