You're just kidding us. All of us can see XBMC 360 logo, that stands for Xbox Media Center.
There is a working version of this skin, called JX 360.
It is available through the repositories of XBMC 10.0 Dharma (Settings, Appearance, Skin, Get more...)
And for the NXE also you can see Xperience in same repositories.

In all reality, that is the Xbox Media Center. You can run it on Original Xbox, but it might work on Windows too, but I can guarantee you it still "works". I used it yesterday.
