Internally displaced families at the Eldoret Ask Showground are still vowing to stay put at the camp one weeks after the exercise to relocate the IDPS started. The IDPs say their security is not guaranteed if they return back to their original homes. Each family is being paid 35,000 shillings to help them start life away from the camp. But the cash payout is causing divisions within families.
They should not be scared of Ruto anymore because he's already parking for the Hague. But don't forget there'll be other Rutos/Uhurus come 2012 . The govt should therefore relacate them to asafe and permanent settlement area.

Unless William Ruto is arrested, these people will never feel safe. First, arrest the Militia, send a powerful message and everything else will fall into place.
