  • you missed vigitables mate....carrotes are great for your eye site and colly flower and brocoli are also great for your body systum...they are a 100% fighting chance of preventing any type of cancer and aswel as your greens brocoli spinich peace ex...they are all good for your blood stream and blood cells

If you are gangsta the list is #1 lettuce on your burger. #2 grape drank. #3 Orange drank/Sunny D. #4 French Fries/Chips. #5 Bagged Cereal i.e. Choco-O's/Dragon Puffs. #6 Fries with a frosty. Sweet potatoes beyatch! #7 microwave popcorn full of carcinogens! #8 whole eggs, no swine. Who the f eats egg whites? #9 Hostess Blueberry Muffins and Banana Nut Bread. #10 mango and papaya flavored personal lubrication. What bitch? It's got fruit in it. Start sucking!

    Vegetables = Good!

    Fruits = Ok. You can't have too many. They are high in fructose (a sugar) which will spike your insulin and slow down fat loss.

    White rice = Dumb. Empty calories. You want to cut back your carbs when you want to lose weight. If your going to have any rice, it would be brown rice.

    Banana's are about 200 calories. Not great for fat loss.

    Why no chicken, turkey. These are a must
