This is the actress Shelby Young, lol dont be silly, Stephanie has been played by another person before her and it was a older woman in the original latibaer.This was only the pilot of Lazytown. Shelby was offered the role but she had to decline due to rules & the actors guild. Oh and just to let you know i think they were not long searching for a new girl to play the role of stephanie for tv or theatre? anyway nickelodeons rights end in 2011/ or 2012:).
