  • @WickedG5150 that isn't neccessarily true, but its not wrong nor is it a bad idea. how, idk how it would flatten your stomach, but why sit around and just do ab workouts to get in shape? it wont happen. you have to be complete with workouts and switch them up a bit. best cycle is run 3 days a week and do muscle failure the other 2 days and then do the opposite the next week. it takes time, but with that it will maintain being in good shape.

  • if u wana lose weight then cardio and eating habbits are what you need to improve on

    well weight and fat is different i dont know if your trina cut wieght for something or trina lose fat but if you wana lose weight hit the sauna and lose some water weight

    if u wana get rid of fat then do wat i said at the top

  • sit ups can be a waste of time if your just trying to get a six pack you have to run alot!!
