  • loving the training this is how it should be done, just one question guys what was the rep ranges on the weights bit confused where it said 4-5 sets 10 - 1 rep max and do you do a sprint after each set? then rest after the 4-5 sets before moving to next exercise?

    hi. we sprint, row, x trainer etc straight after each set going as hard as we can on both weights (10, 8, 6, 4, 2-1 reps) and cardio. we move straight onto the next exercise with our rest being how long it takes us to move to the next piece of kit.

    our aim during each of these workouts is to be as explosive and powerful for as long as we can. pure anaerobic endurance. we do other training ontop of this also. thanks

    in answer 2 strugguts. we use a clock for time and count our reps.
