This is Timothy Davis now. He is 33 and been locked up longer in his life than he has been free. On 11/23/09 Tim entered a plea of guilty in a murder he committed in 2008 in Malvern, Ar.
This interview was done in August of 09 when I was called by his defense team to help Tim understand the reality of things that were occurring around him Tim wouldn't cooperate with his counsel until I entered the case. After much reflection, Tim decided on today's date to enter the guilty plea to capital felony murder in exchange for the prosecutor taking the death penalty off the table.
This video is extremely raw footage and is free ranging. Those are the kind I like best. Please pay close attention to all this fellow has to say and see his other video on my channel that was shot when he was a young teenager on the streets. No intervention and prevention ended in too much death. Pay heed.
I apologize for the sound being so low, but I didn't really know I was going to be able to shoot any video on this day, and all I had was my Flip Cam...but, it's sufficient.
