  • You know what the best part about this was, aside from the surprise of his sudden arrival on-screen?

The way he said his name, JUST like they did in the old cartoon.

    "MUMM-RA! THE EVER! LIVING!"

  • mumra fucking owns here

  • its been a while, nowadays there are no more quality animes until this comes out. with top notch story from america and top notch animeation quality from japan makes great teamwork of anime story telling....i been waiting for adventures and powerful villians and this brings back both, unlike other cheesy villians, mumra actually can torture, scheme, manipulate and have powerful minions, plus character developments in each episode, and really like mumra so strong even not need to transform XD

  • Dude! Mumm-Ra you are not made for close ups!

  • Didn't you say this topic was dead for you already ?

  • Anyone who thinks this reboot fails doesn't know Quality when they see it. This reboot took something good and made it Great. Lol

  • for some reason mumm-ra scares me

  • @xbatusai This is the only time in the new series he does:-)

  • @john113084 First the fact was that he was holding his own vs 2 of the best swords men on the side of good when he is more of a mage then a fighter. Second Hordak was always Skeletor's teacher and mentor and the comic and toy lines of the 80's had him being a much bigger threat then Skeletor as were the times he showed up in the 80's He-man series.

  • @togaka3 Barely holding his own, if I recall in a sword fight. I liked him in the series and I liked the series overall, but why make Hordak so powerful. He wasn't even a real threat in the original. Skeletor is supposed to be the real deal, and without the ram stone or the legacy armor; he just couldn't defeat He-man on his best day. But according to the directors Skeletor was the one who would defaet King Hiss and in the end Hordak, just makes no sense to make him weak til those points.

  • @john113084 I do seem to remember a unpowered up Skeletor fighting He-man and Randor at the same time and holding his own. The thing was Skeletor was never the biggest bad of the MotU universe that roll went to Hordak, who in the remake was near a dark god. Basicly Skeletor is either Slythe or Rataro and Hordak is Mumm-Ra. I must say that I like that even unpowered he is still something of a threat.

  • Is it just me or dose Mumm-Ra look scarier in this cartoon!
