Welcome to the G-Force zone.
The G-Force sled consists of 4 swinging dummies. Each dummy works independently of each other. The G-Force sled allows you to work 1 to 8 players simultaneously (2 opposing players can punch the bag toward each other). The swinging bags provide moving targets for players. The G-Force can be a great aid in teaching the fundamentals of body balance and hand striking.
