The More I See You - jazz piano trio. Another conversion of one of my live-played midi files to video, with lots of added comments and information. I have animated a lot of arrows to highlight some of the techniques used - may be of interest to other jazz pianists. A much clearer version of this video in stereo, along with (this time) a more accurate transcription, the original midi file, and a 'backing track' to play along with is at

  • Nice!!! Really love the way you play. I'm hoping to learn from this video. I'm not a very experienced player, though. Wish there was a way to slow the recording down a bit. That would make it easier.

  • Try either downloading the video from my site (address is in the blurb with this video), and (unlike in Youtube) play it in winamp or similar program, so that bits can be looped. Or better still, download the midi file and slow it down as much as you like (even if the sound is 2nd rate)
