Hybrid backups

As files have continued to increase in size, finding practical ways to backup and protect this data has become a major concern. Performing daily online backups of multiple 20+ Gig files may consume excessive resources and be impractical, at least for the time being. Restoring these jumbo files is also a time consuming process. In this video, I discuss the use of what I call a hybrid approach. In this approach, we perform daily local backups and weekly online backups. This keeps a large percentage of your data off site in case of a disaster, while keeping a backup locally in case a quick restore is needed.
