These are the last moments of the Cie'Mar Atilla.
Atilla is a rare encounter in Time Period AF 400 in Oerba. It can appear at the beach and at the stairs to the beach. You can increase your chances of finding it with the "Battle Mania" Fragment Skill. Once you defeat Atilla in Normal Mode you get the "Fair Fighter" Gold Trophy.

Atilla is a very weak Cie'Mar. It combines his Hit Points with the Blood Damage it deals to win against you. However this problem can be solved by using "Blood Potions". It also summons Varacolacis, Nosferatus and Vlatislaus for reinforcement. Be sure to defeat them cause it can absorb them and regenerate his Hit Points this way the same amount of the remaining Hit Points the absorbed Cie'th have had. As long as you have a good Defender, be sure to weaken Attila via "Deprotes" and maybe eben with "Deshell" in case you have enough time you should not have too many trouble. Use a team of at least two Ravagers to get it in "Stagger" mode which happens once it reaches 500% and increase the Stagger bar up to 700-999%. You should not have too much trouble with this battle as long as you keep an eye on your Hit Points and defend against his Aero moves and heal your Blood Damage/too much damage it has dealt.
