    Hi

To get different taste, I use ingredietns with little variation in each recipe. I never have problem with any of those recipes, everytime, I make them, they just come out perfect. Not sure what is going wrong....steamer temperature, Expired ENO, or it might be something.

    Hi

First of all this dhokla does not need that long cooking. Please go through video again carefully. If you follow exact recipe, you can't go wrong. If not try one of my instant Khaman recipe as well and see if that helps..

    Hi

You can still ad to make your dhoklas fluffy and soft...enjoy!

  • @SuperVeggieDelight Hi

Then if i wet grind i need not add the other ingredients like papad karo eno salt etc.. i tried making rawa dhokla using ur kaman dhokla recipe and it came out very nice

  • @Preetahareendran

    Hi

You can soak overnight rice and daals and next morning use your wet grinder to make paste and let it ferment just like dosa batter and make dhoklas...Soak 1 cup rice, 1/4 cup chaan daal and if you wish you can add 1 tbsp urad dal to make dhokla soft...

  • @Preetahareendran
