he will be in the US release.
they definitely changed some of his move properties and stuff though (along with all the other characters)

Do you think you could be able to do one on Megaman? I know there is more stuff to do with him than than the command list but I am not too sure if it is just F,F+B the only air special.

i don't know anything about megaman, but there is another souki combo video on youtube featuring megaman as a partner.
