Masten Space Systems XA-0.1-B-750 flight number 41. Forty more flights on this vehicle than is usual for the "big boys". This is a flight to depletion without the 25kgs of added mass used in the NGLLC competition. Our software engineer was also testing some more code improvements. There is a nice flame out at the end as the LOX tank runs dry. We got out to the test site in the morning to get some testing in before the rains came. We wanted to test the week before and were thwarted by a week of continuous rain. Yes! actual water falling from the sky in the desert. Mr Murphy hasn't had many good laughs at us this year and decided to make sure we still knew he was watching us closely. More flights are planned. Stay tuned.
