@charlesneedham federer doesnt really get low below his balls either....but its the kinetic energy from their swing and the torso rotation that gives the ball the drive

@charlesneedham lol. yeah. its warm up. its also just kinda how he hits. he does really use his body anyway while hitting ground stokes. but he hits affectively. he really does a good jobs at getting under the ball tho. this is mostly just warm up and not really getting into the ball. but he does more than not during matches for sure

I could just be nuts but it appears to me like he's "arming" the ball here: not really getting low and hitting the ball as he should. Someone care to clarify?
