  • Nicely shot but very very poor tips here fella. Warm up before a climb?! How else are you meant to get to the start - a taxi? Anything to say about cadence? gearing? position on saddle? standing/sitting? breathing? relaxation? weight? tactical climbing? 1 out of 10 compared to Bill Strickland's vid.

  • @seventeesweremagic Thanks for your email, you only ride 10K a year?? I do approximately 2.5 times that and run 100 miles a week on a normal week. Swivel on my middle finger "dipshit" as you called me

  • @makeminea99 take a taxi? what if u live at the bottom of a hill? If u live at the bottom of a hill u mite want to warm up according to this video.
