Batu Caves Temple is not for public representation as the members are elected from each Govt depts like TNB,Waterworks Dept,Railway and so forth which is about 20 depts electing 3 representatives to the Temple AGM which comes to 60 members. Nadarajah has somehow hijack one dept's representation which allows him to sent 3 members. So it is always a tight election where Nadarajah wins by 3 votes.

WE NEED NEW CHAIRMAN AT BATU CAVES...(NADARAJA)...How many years with the same chairman(Nadaraja) in batu caves....Hmm I am not sure abt what we can do about that.. temple committee in other places are elected each year.. so usually everyone in the committee is rotated to be the president.. but the Batu Caves temple committee
