I just bought mine and they basicly fixed all the problems you said it has, its a nice fit not loose, and the viberate switch goes all the way back now. Just a little information, great vid by the way.

just got this case with a gelaskin. with a gelaskin it is very snug, and i prefer a naked iphone over a bulky case and this is as close as i can get it withouth losing some drop protection.
