Is Schizophrenia(DSM 295.x) endogenous?
If we can explain the origins of hallucinations, psychosis should be partially explained as orgainc morphological changes of the cranial bones on textbooks.
Psychiatrists ignored the fact that just morphological changes of ears from TMD are the origins of the auditory hallucinations.
Irregular jaw movements also affected eyes, nasal sensations.
We must understand the fact that symptoms of the psychosis are morphological changes derived from chronic movements of head bones.
There are onsets resemble to TMD osteoarthrosis in some books..
"Kraepelin's(1905) account to a lecture-room of his students." (Divided Self 29p)
1. pays no attention to his surroundings.
2. sings a hymn, loudly
3. a transient rush.
4. sits with his eyes shut
5. not look up even when he is spoken to
6. answers beginning in a low voice
7. walks in a straddling fashion on the outside of his feet. (Knee ligaments Damages)
"Here is Kraepelin's(1905) account to a lecture-room of his students of a patient showing the signs of catatonic excitement :
The patient l will show you today has almost to be carried into the rooms,as he walks in a straddling fashion on the outside of his feet.
On coming in, he throws his slippers, sings a hymn, loudly and then cries twice.(In English),'My father, my real father !'He is eighteen years old, and a pupil of the oberrealschule (higher-grade modern-side school),tall, and rather strongly built, but with a pale complexion,on which there is very often a transient rush. The patient sits with his eyes shut and pays no attention to his surroundings. He does not look up even when he is spoken to, but he answers beginning in a low voice, gradually screaming louder and louder."
"Jean's relapse(sanity,madness and Family,188-189p) "
1 slope over rigidly, sits at angle, eyes shut
2 unable to talk
3 sitting rigidly upright
4 feel very tired
The following epitomizes the interaction when she was dignosed as psychotic.
FATHER: Well you look a bit tired now,do you feel very tired?
JEAN: Yes.
DAVID: She's just been laughing and joking down there while you've been up here -and then she decided she wanted to go to sleep again and dropped off to sleep (smiling) didn't you?
FATHER: Let me sit by you and then perhaps you'll keep quiet will you? (Jean is sitting rigidly upright with eyes shut.)
DAVID; Wake up!
JEAN; Oh! Don't Do that me. (Very emphatically and distinctly, keeps eyes shut.)
MOTHER: Come on dear, come and sit down.
(Jean now begins to slope over rigidly, sits at angle, eyes shut.)
FATHER: Well you fall off, you'll bang your head.
JEAN: (crossly)l will not fall off the chair.
FATHER: Well you might bang your head.
JEAN: Why should I bang my head?
FATHER: On the fireplace.
JEAN: On the fireplace.
DAVID; l think she's just goue to sleep(slight laugh).
JEAN: l shall go to sleep again a minuite.
"A mind that found itself" C.W.Beers.
1.I remember distinctly when the break came.
2. I sat paralyzed untill the class was dismissed.
3. as if my nerves had snapped, like so many minute bands of rubber streched beyond their elastic limit.
R.D.Laing wrote case of Maya as paranoid in Sanity, Madness and the Family.
"MAYA is a tall, atractive woman of twenty-eight.She is an only child."
"MAYA's illness was diagnosed as paranoid schizophrenia."
1 She wanted to read the Bible herself,by herself.
2 She wanted to sit further away from him.
3 Washing miroor without first telling her mother.
("Washing mirror, sit further away from him" means strong spasticity.)

If R.D.Laing worked with dentists, he should win Nobel prize.
We need otolaryngologist's and orthpedist's opinions
about causes of TMD and how orgainic origins of hallucinations are, and revise oxford textbook and DSM for ourselves. We should treat our jaw and go our West-Berlin. Though there are not so dramatic changes, We should walk by our foot for
more love, life, and light.
