  • my daughter brought me the cg book for xmas

  • @IndianBeauty02 yayee! I need to purchase 2nd edition...hopefully this week

  • I'm going to try the this method when it gets warmer outside. Right now I need to be able to get multi-day hair :(

  • @jcokes7 I've actually been able to get 3 days out of my style...actually could go longer but I like to wet my hair. Trust, I dislike leaving with wet hair bc I tend to catch colds but I've been doing my styling at night and sitting under dryer for a few minutes. I believe you'll enjoy it though when you do! Love your vids btw :)

  • welcome to the club! i am loving the CG method, no cones, no sulfates and using loads of conditioner. So i suppose, you are shelving your Miss Jessie's products for now? it might take a couple of weeks for your hair to adjust and start feeling right, so don't give up!! good luck and i am sure you will be successful!!

  • @louloumatou thanks! how long have u been doing the CG Method? Yes, lol, the Miss Jessie's is on the shelf for a while lolol. I don't think I'm going to abandon the CG method though...I love wearing my natural curls and love the progress i'm seeing so far! :)

  • your hairl looks nice...

  • @TheGlamadiva Thank you! I can't wait to try it.

  • @TheGlamadiva i have been doing it consistently since mid november i think. I always went back and forth with silicones and sulfates. doing the CG method doesn't mean you only have to do wash and goes, the underlying key points are to avoid the "bad" ingredients, wash hair regularly for hydration, do not use harsh shampoos and silicones and i am supposing stuff like mineral oil, using natural botanical conditioners to co-wash with, rinse out or leave-in, you can still do styles.
