If you cannot assume the bottom position of the squat, you either haven't practiced enough or there is something physically wrong with you.

I don't understand squat nazism at all. There's no one way that every human being should do a squat, different people have different bone lengths. There's a reason olympic lifters squat differently than powerlifters, they are trying to achieve a certain result.
Squats are a means to an end, there's no perfect, immaculate way to do them. So everyone just chill out.

If you cant go lower.......lighten the weights. Lighten them, go lower and work up. You'll be MUCH better off than using weights that are to heavy for you.
