  • I don't understand squat nazism at all. There's no one way that every human being should do a squat, different people have different bone lengths. There's a reason olympic lifters squat differently than powerlifters, they are trying to achieve a certain result.

    Squats are a means to an end, there's no perfect, immaculate way to do them. So everyone just chill out.

  • If you cant go lower.......lighten the weights. Lighten them, go lower and work up. You'll be MUCH better off than using weights that are to heavy for you.

  • If you cannot assume the bottom position of the squat, you either haven't practiced enough or there is something physically wrong with you.
