He's dropping Powers That Be references. OF COURSE IT'S A WORK! People on here talking about him turning on his WWE gimmick like he really meant it. I don't know, maybe he does feel that way but it doesn't change the fact that this whole promo(read: PROMO) is a work. Classic Russo kayfabe reaching silliness.
