@YAUJTAwarrior There have been cases of people on PCP breaking handcuff chains. That is about 1000 pounds of pressure though the person doing so does incredible damage to his muscular system. Same was true of being shot. People high on crack, pcp or opium are incredibly difficult to stop with bullets. It was the reason the military went from the 38 special to the 45 auto in WWII. However I do agree the vid is fake.
