About the video:

This video was created to show an upcoming custom starting zone that all new players will have access to. The goal of this zone is to allow players to choose from what level they want to begin their adventures at. This zone includes various vendors, trainers, and warpers. This zone release is scheduled next week (approximately 12/19/2011)

@cakadokey This place has been here since vanilla. We simply added some custom gameobjects/creatures to make it useful.

@cakadokey All the gameobjects you see are on unmodified client. The portal doesn't have the particles by default. So another particle gameobject was added.
