You're spelling it wrong. You're spelling it the Germanized way, as opposed to the original Yidish version's name of 'Bei Mir Bistu Schoen', so the 'Schon' should have an umlaut, like this: ' Schön '.

The sad thing about this song is that (as you can obviously hear), it is FUCKING AWESOME. It was a 1930s SMASH HIT. But because...and ONLY because...it was written and composed by Jews...it was outlawed throughout Nazi Germany.
