Nice video but it was Kit Carson not buffalo bill cody. Carson was in charge of the Ist NM volunteers that chased the navaho and hopi out of AZ and to the reservation in oklahoma. Also the site of a civil war battle near the fort at Valverde. Ft. Craig also had the 9th calvary (buffalo soldiers) stationed there for a few years.
