hey i got a question i just finish rebuilding my 350 lt1 engine and after the rebuild i was going over some notes and notice that on the connect rods they have a flange and one got to face one way and the other got to face the other. Now I wanted to know well this effect the engine to wear i will need to tear back down to fix it or will i be ok?

Is he reusing the old bolts? And no assemlby lube? And no checking the bearing clearances with plastigage atleast?
