The bear crawl exercise is a great way to get a workout in at the beach or in the park. With a neutral spin position, place your hands and feet on the ground and tighten your abdomen while walking forward. This is a great workout for your shoulders, gluts, and hamstrings. For a slight modification, bend the knees instead of keeping them straight while you walk. Common deviations include shifting your weight forward, arching your back, and excessively flexing or extending your neck. Make sure to keep the hips as square as possible for this challenging exercise!

Your joints and limbs are far too stiff to be a correct bear crawl, including the high hip position + speed of the crawl. Please fix those and maybe you'll get an actual workout.

Yeah a lot of videos have a lower hip position, which I would agree with to protect the lower back and work the core harder. And using opposite leg and foot which is more natural.
Showing the deviations is a good idea not enough people do that but I think the exercise ur showing is not being done the best way.
