its true.... im 18.... knicks havnt won in my lifetime, rangers won in 94 wen i was too yung, mets havnt done nothin, giants bringing this superbowl means a lot... its one of only three championships i am old enough to remember (two by Duke, one by NYG). This meant so much to me

It's about the lyrics. I've rooted hard for my teams, but have not been able to celebrate a championship that I could appreciate.Last championship for me was Rangers 94.I was too young (13) to appreciate the enormity. I was witnesing dissapointment and becoming jaded with the letdowns."Good times for a change. See the luck I've had can make a good man bad.Please,please,please let me get what I want. Lord knows it wil be the first time."
It's a hauntingly GREAT song. SHOULD give you goosebumps.
