MidEggLantic Fest 2011 - Presented by Fred's Music & Tasty Licks BBQ Supply in Beautiful Downtosn Shillington, Pa. - the SmokinGuitarPlayer, Fred A. Bernardo and his team welcomed over 130 registered and certified Eggheads to this years fest. Even with temperatures approaching 100 degrees, EVERYBODY had a great time, cooking, tasting and learning from the great demonstrations ... Jason Szilli of the Psychedelic Smoke BBQ Team demonstrated how to make a Bacon EGGsplosion. Walter Carrol our distributor rep presented a demo for beginner Eggers (and roasted an amazing turkey). Our own Toby Williams showed how to install a new Ceramic Specialties NOMEX Gasket kit on ur Egg. Our own in-house REAL chef, Dave Razzano did some great Grillin' on Egg. and of course, the SGP himself knocked out some pizza pies. Entertainment by Lauren Haymore, good vibes from Mrs. SmokinGuitarPlayer Dee Dee Bernardo, the Tasty Licks BBQ Competition Team ...even the cops stopped by for a bite to eat.
