  • hi, i like to ask on the "go". in chilli crab, we love the "go". how do i know which is ok to eat which is not? I sometimes not only gets the yellowish colour but also the green and black. are they safe to eat ? pls reply in english or simplified chinese. thks

    Colour in green and black are safe to eat, we called it's "花羔", but sometime 花羔 taste bitter ^^"

  • when you wash the crab... will the "go" be washed away too??

  • 哈哈哈~ 其實唔係好明你所指嘅係"go"(排泄物)抑或係蟹"羔"呢~ ^^ 但都照答咗你先~ 如果係蟹羔,劏完後我只用水輕力沖洗有蟹羔部份,所以唔會沖走佢­呢~ 但如果係"go",處理完應該冇曬呢~ ^0^

    我年年去吊蟹, 都係攞返屋企, 反轉, 用尖頭刀一嘢捅穿中間個位, 再好似你咁去爪劏半...
