USAirways lost my STUFF

hey man -- feel your pain. just a quick note, though, don't waste your time with a lawsuit. when you purchased your ticked you signed an electronic "contract of carriage" which released the airline from being responsible for you laptop. found this document on US Airways web site after a quick search that details what they're _not_ responsible for:

szaryk-----Dude...thanks I found the same document, what cought my eye was the part about the document saying something about them taking resonable care of my bags. I have not submited this document to my lawyer yet but this may be a way to get at them. They did not take care of my bag....they LOST the little sucker. Thanks a lot for the comments I really do appreciate it and it does make me feel better knowing I have someone on my side.---Cheers!

yeah all stupid airlines are the same my camera got stolen along with many other important belongings and all i get back from tsa and the airlines is that they are not responsible, its somewhere in the policy that you shouldn't pack valuable belonging, i will never forget my heartbreaking experience and everyone elses stories, nothing is being done they screen us like criminals make us take off our shoes coats but yet they allow their employees to steal.

Another thing, as long as you work for someone, you have no say in anything. You are a passenger, you do not control your ship, the CEO does. If you want to call the shots, open your own business like I did at 18 and do not let anyone control your life. I have never in my life had to call in sick, ask for a day off, or ask for a raise.Lets go back to the days that they had weight and age restrictions for flight attendants!

I would not fly US Airways on a bet before the merger with America West. The fact of the mattter is US Airways was only days away from ceasing operations before the merger, that is FACT.Also, all you rude US Airways employees that think that the company owes you something, find another job! I believe that Mc Donalds and Wendy's are hiring, so go there and see how far you get. To the dinosour fat and fugly flight attendants, mix in a salad and for god's sake,if you are over 40 please retire

So u r telling us u r software expert. Do we care? R u trying to impress us? R u a big shot??? U were responsible for losing your computer. If u were so smart, why did u leave your computer in your checked in bag? I think u should pay US AIRWAYS for giving so much work to do. No attorney will take your case ever. So just forget about your compter. Buy mine. I will sell my old desk top for $500.
