I have these amazing nail polishes by OPI called sparkle-icious and i combine it with tease-y-does it. It so hard to take it off. I tried this method but it still took a while and was rubbing a lot which kinda hurts. SO i just found an easier way. Add a coat of nail polish on your nails. what it does is makes it fresh so when you remove it it is a lot easier. I use one cotton ball per 3 fingers. Give it a try! After wash your hands with soap to get the excess glitter off. Hope this works! <3

I use the 100% acetone nail polish remover to remove glitter from my nails . it works well :-D
