98 Eclipse Sequential LED Tail Lights

I ended up going with a Kahtec system, very easy but not in comparison to the system you have in place. Just want to alert drivers I'm braking.

When I brake, only the center section LEDs strobe on 50% brighter than my other brake LEDs a total of 5 times at 18hz . They do not flash on and off like the Kahtec system. I also have it set up so that this "over-strobe" feature only occurs after I have been off the brakes for over 15 second. If I re-apply the brakes in less than 15 seconds the drivers behind me are not forced to see another strobe event. This prevents irritation to people following me closely in stop and go traffic.
