  • Excellent vid, Shawn. This is a very realistic view of how to plan your diet. Why sacrifice the once a year holiday eating if you've planned to work hard all year on your body? Instead of becoming a giant guilt-trip or eating chicken breast and broccoli for Christmas dinner, you can indeed find balance, which is the over arching theme in this.
