Ray Owen and Juicy Lucy play the 1969 hit of Juicy Lucy, a cover of Bo Diddleys ' Who Do you love'. Great gig, great band. At the Sheldon Marquee. Not full song as memory card ran out ! Touch of the Jimi Hendrix on this.

  • I just have two questions...

When did Juicy Lucy form in 1969?

When did their album "Juicy Lucy" debut in 1969?

  • Found this Band when I was thinking of the juicy lucy hamburger I saw on ManVsFood lol this is good stuff!

  • Hi Chris, Jus,thought I would say hello, Still blowin ? would be great to meet up at a gig. Ray no longer in the band, we are now a three piece and doing really well. I like the comment Sweet guy, He must have been skint or it was very early in the morning.

  • Ray lives in Crawley, I met him last week to take his picture for my newspaper, he is a really lovely sweet guy.

  • Where's Ray??

  • Ray Owen's Moon released a great

Hendrix-influenced LP in 1971; I saw it on CD too, but not sure it's an official release ...

  • They were at Butlins 1 year ago , Some Great guitar playing from Mr fish

  • Shellshock NAM'67 soundtrack

  • Jeez, I played the Speak so many times I couldn't remember, mostly with Gonzalez. 40 years ago! Sorry for the time lapse, havn't visited this site for a while as you can see.

  • Chris Mercer-Bare Wires(John Mayall) playing is some of the best sax ever laid down. You got me fucking trippin. I just recently transfered my Juicy Lucy albums (Lie Back & Enjoy)to CD. Now I'm never alone. This song is only a taste of what the entire 1st album has to offer-get the album.
